Spam indicator
Videos having the same view counts
What it checks
Whether a large share of the channel's videos sit at almost the same view count.
The exact rule
- The checker rounds each public video's view count up to the next multiple of 10 and groups them: 0 on its own, then 1–10, 11–20, and so on.
- It takes the largest group. If that group has more than 10 videos, the value is its share of the channel's public videos, from 0% to 100%. Otherwise it reads 0%.
- It is never N/A.
Why it can point to spam
Views bought in fixed packages can leave a run of videos at the same number, and bulk uploads that nobody watches pile up at the same low count.
When it fires on a legitimate channel
It fires most on channels with many videos that each have 0 to 10 views, and that includes many honest small channels and archives. Treat it as weak evidence on its own.
Can it be changed?
There is no setting for this. It changes as videos are watched.
